For many workplace trainers and enterprise assessors, a full TAE qualification isn’t always required. A Skill Set may be all that’s needed to meet compliance and industry standards.
Skill Sets are short, focussed groups of nationally recognised units of competency designed to meet a specific job role, licence, or industry requirement. They’re shorter and more targeted than a full qualification, giving you the essential skills without the extra study you may not need. In the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, there are 16 different Skill Sets available, each aligned to a particular area of specialisation within the training and assessment field.
