About US

Empowering Skills. Creating Futures.

Established in 2004 through a partnership with the Industrial Foundation for Accident Prevention (IFAP), All Mine & Construction Training (AMCT) has grown from delivering essential skills training in regional Western Australia to becoming a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO #52633) operating across Western Australia and Queensland.

With a strong focus on quality, compliance, and community impact, we proudly train over 4,000 people each year across mining, construction, high-risk work, and vocational education sectors.

Our flagship programs, include the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a range of Training and Assessment Skill Sets, designed to equip aspiring trainers and assessors with the skills, confidence, and nationally recognised qualifications to deliver training that makes a difference. By helping others become qualified educators, we’re building a skilled workforce for the future, one trainer at a time.

With purpose-built facilities in Kalgoorlie and flexible delivery options across Queensland, our expert trainers deliver hands-on, practical training using the latest tools and real-world experience. We also offer High Risk Work Licences (HRWL) and a range of nationally accredited courses tailored to industry needs.

At AMCT, we believe training is more than compliance, it’s an opportunity to grow, re-skill, and open doors. Whether you’re re-entering the workforce, changing careers, or building your team’s capability, we’re here to support your journey with compassion, integrity, and experience.

Because real skills and real safety lead to what matter most - real jobs and meaningful futures.
